Haryana Judicial Service examination is conducted by the Haryana Public Service Commission. The recruitment process is carried out on the basis of prelims, mains examination, and interview. In prelims stage, each question carries 4 marks. If the question is incorrect, then 0.80 marks will be deducted from the actual original marks, hence there is negative marking. The candidates must be more than 21 years of age. The candidate's age must not exceed 42 years of age. They must have a Bachelor of Laws from a recognized university or institute recognized by the Bar Council of India.
