Stage 1: Preliminary Examination

Format: Objective-type questions (MCQs)

- Legal Knowledge: The Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; Code of Civil Procedure; The Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023; The Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023; Constitution of India; Transfer of Property Act; Contract Act; Limitation Act; Chhattisgarh Rent Control Act, 2011; Court Fees Act.

Purpose: Screening test to shortlist candidates for the Mains Examination.
