Linking Publication Product Return Policy

We are committed to delivering the exact product ordered from our official website. We have established the following return policy to address any potential issues.

1. Returns Due to Our Error (Cost Borne by Linking Publication)

Linking Publication will cover the cost of the return courier service in the following circumstances:

• Damaged Product Delivered: The product is torn, physically damaged, or compromised due to an error in packaging or transit.
• Wrong Product Delivered: The product received does not match the product ordered (e.g., ordering the MP Paperathon Booklet and receiving the UP Paperathon Booklet).
• Manufacturing Defect: The product contains misprints or missing pages.

2. Returns Due to Buyer's Error (Cost Borne by Buyer)

In cases where the buyer has mistakenly ordered the wrong product:

• The buyer is responsible for all postal and courier charges for the return.
• The buyer must ensure the returned product is in good, resalable condition.
• Acceptance or rejection of such returns is at the sole discretion of Linking Publication.

3. Insufficient Address/Delivery Failure

If a product is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., incorrect address/PIN, or failure to receive calls from the courier service), this will be deemed a delivery failure caused by the buyer. The return will be processed under Section 2 (Returns Due to Buyer's Error).

Important Note on Raising Concerns

• The buyer must raise any concern with the Linking Publication support team within 15 days of receiving the product.

निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में लिंकिंग पब्लिकेशन वापसी कुरियर सेवा (return courier service) का खर्च वहन करेगा:

• क्षतिग्रस्त उत्पाद वितरित: उत्पाद फटा हुआ है, भौतिक रूप से क्षतिग्रस्त है, या पैकेजिंग/परिवहन त्रुटि के कारण खराब हुआ है।
• गलत उत्पाद वितरित: प्राप्त उत्पाद ऑर्डर किए गए उत्पाद से मेल नहीं खाता है (उदाहरण के लिए, MP Paperathon बुकलेट ऑर्डर करने पर UP Paperathon बुकलेट प्राप्त होना)।
• विनिर्माण दोष (Manufacturing Defect): उत्पाद में गलत मुद्रण (misprints) या पृष्ठ गायब हैं।

2. खरीदार की गलती के कारण वापसी (लागत खरीदार द्वारा वहन की जाएगी)

उन मामलों में जहाँ खरीदार ने गलती से गलत उत्पाद ऑर्डर कर दिया है:

• वापसी के लिए सभी डाक और कूरियर शुल्क की जिम्मेदारी खरीदार की होगी।
• खरीदार को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि लौटाया गया उत्पाद अच्छी, पुनर्विक्रय योग्य स्थिति में है।
• खरीदार द्वारा ऑर्डर देते समय हुई त्रुटि के कारण की गई वापसी को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करना पूरी तरह से लिंकिंग पब्लिकेशन के विवेकाधिकार पर निर्भर करेगा।

3. अपर्याप्त पता/वितरण विफलता

यदि कोई उत्पाद खरीदार से संबंधित कारणों (जैसे, गलत पता/पिन कोड, या कूरियर सेवा से कॉल प्राप्त करने में विफलता) के कारण हमें बिना डिलीवर हुए वापस कर दिया जाता है, तो इसे खरीदार के कारण हुई वितरण विफलता माना जाएगा। इस वापसी पर सेक्शन 2 (खरीदार की गलती के कारण वापसी) के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

चिंता व्यक्त करने पर महत्वपूर्ण नोट

• खरीदार को उत्पाद प्राप्त होने के 15 दिनों के भीतर लिंकिंग पब्लिकेशन सपोर्ट टीम के साथ किसी भी समस्या या चिंता को उठाना होगा।
