Tansukh Paliwal, CA & Lawyer by profession, and Teacher by passion is the founder of Legal IQ. After higher education, Tansukh moved to Jodhpur to pursue degree of law. During graduation, many odds were stacked against his success, but eventually he defied them. That is when he realized that traditional method of studying law through bare act  is not enough for any law graduate or an judiciary aspirant. 

He believes that, “In the era of competition, social media and digital distractions, many students and adults prefer to do multitasking. But efforts go in vain because much of the time is spent on constant context switching where they get confused between what to study and what no to study. If One chooses law as a career option then it is necessary for him to have a good command over all the subjects”. 

Tansukh Paliwal finally made his first major breakthrough at Utkarsh where he started connecting the concept of law with the real time events, newspaper cutting, inter-section, inter-chapter & inter-bare Act linking. Students from various states of India applauded his new method of linking laws which made law extremely easy to understand, learn and apply practically. Since then he has been working tirelessly to create a challenging, nurturing environment to familiarise his students with the all the law subjects. He believes that great teaching has nothing to do with our knowledge and skills, but it has a lot to do with our attitude toward our students, our subject, and our work. He has no fear of experimenting with new teaching strategies or incorporating new methods into his lectures, to make law subjects easy for every common man to understand.
